Jaco Electrique was chosen once again, this time to participate in the restoration of this landmark of the “Art Deco” period. As a historical building, the renovation is very sensitive and subject to many narrowly-circumscribed specifications, requiring continuous onsite coordination.

Also a historical building, Jaco Électrique is glad to take part in the conversion of the old ‘Rapido’ building in the heart of the Plateau Mont-Royal. Three commercial spaces and 23 rental condominiums are being built.
